As a Product Management Working Student for installation fulfillment, you will join our mission to help installation businesses to scale the delivery of renewable energy systems. You will support the product management team in creating loveable solutions with the main goal to reduce operational costs. Installation fulfillment includes planning, execution, and documentation of installations or maintenance cases as well as managing warehouse and logistics for installations. • Conduct market research and gather customer feedback


• Assist in creating and maintaining product requirement documents and user manuals


• Collaborate with development teams and stakeholders to clarify requirements and priorities


• Track project progress, update documentation, and assist with task management


• Analyze product performance metrics and generate insightful reports


• Support UX activities, including user testing and feedback analysis


• Participate in testing, bug tracking, and preparing materials for product launches


• Prepare C-level presentations or design workshops with developers and further stakeholders

• You are currently enrolled at a university and are available to work 20 hours per week


• You have a solution-oriented mindset and master analytical thinking


• You take initiative and proactively contribute ideas on what to do next


• You demonstrate the drive to take responsibility and ownership of tasks


• You possess intrinsic motivation to help build exceptional products that delight users


• You have good communication and organizational skills, essential for collaborating with cross-functional teams


• You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable with quick decision-making


• You have very good spoken and written skills in both German and English (C1)

• Familiarity with the construction, real estate, or energy industry is a plus


• First experience or knowledge in product management, software development, or consulting
