Your mission
Run and improve employee survey
Run promotion rounds
Help on event creation that drive employee retention
Work on employee trainings
Prepare All Hands presentations
Support hiring of new employees
Work on higher automation level of HR processes in Personio
Answer employee questions of HR policies
Improve HR policies
Maintain accurate personnel records, support payroll, and ensure compliance with labor laws
Your profile
Prior experience as HR Manager ideally in a start-up
Strong leadership, problem-solving, adaptability, and relationship-building skills.
Experience with Personio
Language: English, German is a must
German working permit
