About us

We're on a mission to enable industrial companies to establish real-time autonomous decision making in their planning and scheduling processes. While the amount of available data is growing in industrial companies, it is rarely used to its full potential. Our software has the capability to transform the scheduling and planning processes especially in production sites all around the world.

About the role

Production planning specialists will support our internal team in further developing our software by being the voice of the customer as well as support our customers in projects. You are the interface between our software team and our clients. With your practical and theoretical knowledge you are able to support stakeholders to make the appropriate decisions about features, planning/scheduling processes and more.

What You'll Achieve

• Implement our solution around the world with our clients.
• Consult clients on factory and supply chain modeling according to their business processes.
• Bring clients from onboarding to successful implementation together with our Data Engineers and other team members.
• Support users in testing and hyper care phases.
• Educate users in training sessions on our solutions.
• Acting as a voice of the customer to our development team within ideation and feature creation processes.
• Gather, validate and document requirements for changes and new features.
• Manage projects around software changes and integrations.

Skills You'll Need To Bring

• Understanding of Production Planning/ Scheduling from a practical and theoretical stand point.
• Experience in software rollout or implementation projects in larger organizations.
• Advanced communication skills in German and English (both C1 or C2 level).
• Capability to find solutions for complex challenges and business processes.
• Capability to manage multiple stakeholders (internal and customers) while keeping a clear communication to everybody.
• Capability to quickly learn, understand and solve new problems arising at customers.
• Capability to effectively communicate with international clients.
• You are driven to deliver projects as planned and have a very structured way of working.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with established solutions in the area of planning (such as SAP PP/DS, APO or similar tools).
• Practical full-time experience in planning or scheduling in industrial companies, preferably in the process industry.
• Experience in the Process Industry (Chemical, Pharma, Food, Metals ...).
• Academic background in industrial engineering, supply chain management or similar.

Compensation

Up to €75,000 annually plus significant stock options. We also offer a Deutschland Ticket for public transport and a Wellpass (eGym) membership for €10/month.

Remote Work Policy

Currently, the team meets in the office three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday). This may evolve based on team feedback and collaboration needs.

Traveling

This position requires traveling to customer sites. This includes national as well as international travels. We estimate the share of time traveling between 10 to 20% (project dependent).
