We're on a mission to enable industrial companies to establish real-time autonomous decision making in their planning and scheduling processes. While the amount of available data is growing in industrial companies, it is rarely used to its full potential. Our software has the capability to transform the scheduling and planning processes especially in production sites all around the world.

We work with some of the largest industrial companies of the process industry like the BASF, Sun Chemical and more. Combined with our recent strong funding round (4.5 Million €) it is time to extend our technical core team to get ready for the next scaling challenges 🚀

About the role

Senior Full Stack Developers are vital to advancing our software. Reporting to our experienced Engineering Lead (Application), you’ll collaborate closely with Optimization & AI Developers.

What You'll Achieve

• Enhance and mature our software for Enterprise readiness
• Write clean, tested, documented code in NestJS, React (TypeScript), and PostgreSQL
• Develop tests using Cypress and Jest
• Design and implement architecture for applications and infrastructure
• Improve development team processes
• Integrate with third-party systems via APIs
• Identify and address technical debt

Skills You'll Need To Bring

• Experience with long-term product development
• Skilled in making informed technical decisions on frameworks, patterns, and languages
• Strong coding skills in React, Node, or similar
• Ability to lead projects or major feature increments
• Capable of constructive discussions to achieve elegant, simple solutions with experienced colleagues

Nice To Haves

• Experience integrating AI systems (e.g., chat, recommendations)
• Knowledge of GraphQL (Hasura) or other ORM solutions
• Experience with Cypress
• Strong background in event sourcing for complex workflows
• DevOps/Cloud expertise to boost internal productivity

Compensation

Up to €90,000 annually plus significant stock options. We also offer a Deutschland Ticket for public transport and a Wellpass (eGym) membership for €10/month.

Remote Work Policy

Currently, the team meets in the office three days a week (Tuesday to Thursday). This may evolve based on team feedback and collaboration needs.
