Team Lead Product - Assistant Team (f/m/d)

Overview

As a Team Lead Product Management at Aleph Alpha, you will be responsible for guiding the vision, strategy and execution of Pharia Assistant, part of our PhariaAI stack. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing to develop and refine our product offerings. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with expertise in GenAI and a proven track record of successful product management.

Your Responsibilities

• Product Strategy: Define and communicate the product vision and strategic roadmap aligned with company goals. Identify market opportunities and trends, and translate them into product initiatives.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and emerging trends in AI. Use insights to drive product development and positioning.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure that product development aligns with customer expectations and business objectives. Facilitate effective communication and cooperation among stakeholders.
• Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch, ensuring timely delivery and continuous improvement based on user feedback and market changes.
• User Engagement: Engage with customers and industry stakeholders to gather insights, validate concepts, and ensure products meet user needs. Foster strong relationships to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
• Performance Metrics: Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, user satisfaction, and market impact. Analyze data to guide ongoing product enhancements and decision-making.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product managers and design professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and high performance.
  
  

Your Profile

• Demonstrated success in launching impactful products, including at least one large-scale B2B or B2C offering.
• Hands-on leadership experience in mentoring and managing product managers.
• Having built and shipped at least one product or feature powered by GenAI (e.g. LLMs, embeddings, RAG, or custom models)
• Technical acumen to collaborate effectively with engineers and make strategic product decisions.
• Strong customer focus, driven by discovery and a passion for solving user problems.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to launch.
• Strategic thinker, capable of developing and executing long-term product visions.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to simplify complexity for diverse stakeholders.
