I am currently seeking a Project Engineer to be responsible for overseeing various aspects of project workflow, including staffing, budget management, and scheduling.
Responsibilities
Monitor and maintain project schedules, ensuring activities are on track, resolving any issues that arise.
Collaborate with project teams to develop strategic action plans and cost estimates, considering materials, time, labour, and other resources needed.
Supervise and coordinate the efforts of the technical team.
Define project objectives by reviewing proposals, plans, and consulting with management and clients.
Establish project timelines by analysing plans, calculating time requirements, and sequencing tasks.
Prepare regular progress and cost reports for leadership.
Enforce safety procedures and regulations, ensuring a clean and compliant working environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a project management or engineering role.
Experience in project and process management.
Strong organizational and analytical skills.
Fluency in both Italian and English (written and spoken).
Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
