I am currently seeking a Project Manager to lead complex engineering initiatives from concept through to completion.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle — from planning and execution to completion
• Ensure delivery aligns with scope, budget, timeline, and quality expectations
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and multidisciplinary teams
• Assign resources effectively and manage day-to-day team performance
• Track progress and implement proactive corrective actions as needed
• Deliver clear, regular reporting and maintain all project documentation
• Ensure adherence to industry regulations, standards, and client specifications

Requirements

• Proven experience managing engineering projects — ideally within the pharmaceutical sector
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to operate independently and balance multiple priorities
• Fluent in English & conversational in German language
• Willingness to be based full-time in Leipzig, Germany
