Are you passionate about M&A, data analytics, and financial due diligence? Join our Client´s Financial Advisory – M&A Transaction Services team and support clients in making strategic investment and financing decisions. You’ll play a key role throughout the M&A lifecycle, using cutting-edge analytics and insights to drive value.

📍 Locations: Berlin, Düsseldorf, Frankfurt (Main), Hamburg, Hannover, München, Stuttgart

Your Impact:

✅ Leadership: Manage projects, lead teams, enhance processes, and develop machine-learning models

✅ Data & Analytics: Plan and execute data-driven M&A workstreams

✅ Valuation & Business Planning: Assess financials and business plans using advanced analytics

✅ Risk & Growth Drivers: Identify opportunities and risks in M&A targets

✅ Reporting & Visualization: Create interactive dashboards and financial factbooks

Your Profile:

🔹 Degree in Business, Law, Economics, or similar

🔹 Experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, or Audit (industry expertise is a plus)

🔹 Strong analytical skills with SQL/Tableau (Alteryx, Power BI, QlikSense a plus)

🔹 Leadership experience and excellent communication skills

🔹 Fluency in German (B2/C1) & English (C1)
