Construction Manager

Join an experienced and international team in shaping the future of e-mobility! As a Construction Manager for E-Mobility, you will receive comprehensive training and take on responsibilities from day one. Together with your team, you will ensure that our high-quality standards are met and that the construction of fast-charging stations across Germany is completed on schedule.

Responsibilities:

• Participate in the tendering, preparation, execution, and documentation of nationwide construction projects.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams, including expansion specialists, architects, and project managers.
• Oversee and coordinate contractors to ensure smooth construction processes and compliance with quality standards.
• Manage the final acceptance, commissioning, and handover of newly built charging stations to the Operations Team.
• Learn about electromobility and fast-charging infrastructure through structured onboarding workshops.

Qualifications:

• A degree in electrical engineering, civil engineering or a related engineering discipline, or a comparable qualification (e.g., construction technician).
• Preferably some experience in construction, civil engineering, road or plant construction, or electrical installation.
• Basic knowledge of tendering and VOB, or a strong motivation to develop expertise in this area.
• Strong team spirit, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with diverse project stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel to construction sites across Germany.
• A valid Class B driving license in Germany.
• Native German and fluent English skills.
