What You’ll Contribute
• Lead the full land acquisition process—from identifying promising locations to finalizing lease agreements—to support the company’s expansion strategy.
• Engage and negotiate with commercial, private, and municipal property owners to secure new sites.
• Apply your analytical skills to perform location assessments, market research, and feasibility studies to evaluate site potential.
• Build and nurture long-term relationships with local stakeholders and partners to grow the location portfolio.

What You Bring
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a comparable role, with a strong background in site acquisition or business expansion.
• In-depth local knowledge and a well-established network in the real estate sector are highly desirable.
• Native-level proficiency in German and fluent written and spoken English.
• Willingness to travel regularly across Germany—especially in North Rhine-Westphalia, Baden-Württemberg, Hesse, etc.—and to visit the office in Cologne, as well as occasionally travel to the headquarters in Amsterdam.
