We are looking for a full-time Product Manager (m/f/d) at our Aachen location/ Hybrid.

Your Opportunities At Clinomic

As a Product Manager, you take ownership of the operational backbone of our product development. You ensure that our teams collaborate efficiently, stakeholders stay aligned, and our roadmap is executed smoothly.

Rather than focusing on individual features, your work centers around the structures that make great product development possible: planning, process optimization, internal alignment, documentation, and cross-team communication.

With a strong sense of structure and clarity you help us scale our product organization while keeping focus and impact at the core of everything we do.

Your Main Responsibilities Are

• Own and continuously improve internal product processes (e.g. planning, refinement, retrospectives)
• Coordinate across squads to ensure dependencies are managed and priorities aligned
• Drive transparency through product documentation and internal communication
• Support release planning and cross-functional readiness with development, quality assurance and techops
• Align product rituals (roadmap reviews, OKRs, etc.) across the product team
• Track and report key product delivery metrics (velocity, delivery health, etc.)
• Be the first point of contact for team-wide or structural product questions
  
  

About You

• Experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or Product Ops role in a tech-driven environment
• Strong skills in coordination, communication and team facilitation
• Passion for product delivery, structure and enabling others to work effectively
• Understanding of agile workflows and product lifecycle fundamentals
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with tech, design, QA, and leadership
• Detail-oriented with a pragmatic mindset and sense for what’s “good enough” to keep things moving
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  
  

A Big Plus

• Experience scaling product processes in a multi-team environment
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence etc.
• Experience working alongside domain-heavy roles (e.g. clinical or regulatory experts)
• German, both written and spoken
