We are looking for a full-time Scrum Master / Agile Coach (m/f/d) at our Aachen location/ Hybrid.

Your Opportunities At Clinomic

As part of our product and development organization, the Scrum Master/ Agile Coach role ensures that our teams not only function - they thrive. You are the enabler, coach, and structure-bringer who removes blockers, fosters collaboration, and guides the team toward delivering valuable increments consistently. Your focus lies in practical problem-solving, structured delivery, and strong soft skills that create psychological safety and a high-performance culture.

Your Main Responsibilities Are

• Facilitate and continuously improve agile team practices across the product development lifecycle
• Support the team in delivering high-quality, valuable increments through clear goals, strong focus, and pragmatic decision-making
• Identify and remove impediments that block progress or team satisfaction
• Foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Serve as a supportive resource and coach for the team, helping them navigate challenges constructively and optimize teamwork
• Ensure product development rituals (planning, reviews, retros, dailies) are valuable, efficient, and well-structured
• Collaborate with product managers and engineering leads to maintain delivery clarity and team flow
• Support onboarding, knowledge sharing, and internal communication across squads
  
  

About You

• Proven experience in agile environments as a team lead, facilitator, delivery manager, or similar role
• Deep understanding of agile principles (Scrum, Kanban, Lean) with a practical, non-dogmatic approach
• Outstanding soft skills: communication, emotional intelligence, listening, and mediation
• Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced product or tech environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep multiple moving parts aligned
• Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence or similar
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Coaching or facilitation certifications (e.g., PSM II/III, ICP-ACC, Coaching Agile Teams)
• Working in a highly regulated field (e.g., medical devices, etc.)
• Experience scaling agile processes in multi-team environments
• Background in engineering, UX, or product - offering cross-disciplinary understanding
