About the Role

Join a high-performing investment team focused on identifying and scaling high-growth technology and software companies. As an Investment Analyst, you'll play a key role in evaluating new opportunities, conducting due diligence, and supporting portfolio companies to maximize value creation across dynamic, fast-paced markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial analysis, market research, and due diligence for potential investments in the tech and software sectors.
• Monitor existing portfolio companies, track key performance metrics, and deliver strategic recommendations.
• Actively source new opportunities by building relationships with entrepreneurs, VCs, and industry leaders.

Requirements

• Strong foundation in Corporate Finance & M&A from top-tier studies, internships, or work experience.
• 1 year of experience in Private Equity, Growth Equity, Investment Banking, M&A advisory, or Strategy Consulting.
• 1–2 top-tier internships are essential if you have limited full-time experience.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or Business from a leading university, with academic performance in the top 5–10%.
• Valid work permit for Germany is required.
• Fluent in English and German.
