Your duties


  • Support of the Sales Team in daily operations, particularly in offer, order, and contract management.
  • Maintenance and updating of customer data in the CRM tool.
  • Creation of reports and presentations.
  • Execution of internal projects such as customer satisfaction surveys or preparations for sales events.
  • Optimization of processes within the Sales Team.
  • Management of the cplace email inbox and processing of incoming emails.
  • Deepening of knowledge in B2B software sales campaigns, monitoring, and reporting.
  • Assumption of additional responsibilities with development opportunities within the working student position.


Your profile


  • Enrollment at a university in a degree program such as Business Administration, Computer Science, or a comparable field.
  • Ideally, initial practical experience in sales and customer service.
  • Enthusiasm for sales topics and processes.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills as well as a strong customer focus.
  • IT and software affinity as well as proficiency in MS Office.
  • Very good German and English skills.
  • Independence, initiative, reliability, analytical skills, and goal-oriented working style.
  • Availability of up to 20 hours per week, with more hours possible during semester breaks.
