You are actively involved in the energy transition:

As an entrepreneurial Business Director (m/f/d) for Energy Storage Systems with extensive experience in a comparable management position, you will assume strategic responsibility for our innovative product portfolio in the area of home and commercial storage at our headquarters in Osnabrück. You will actively shape the future of our company and ensure that the company is competitively positioned in the market.

What you bring with you:

• Successfully completed business administration or technical degree
• Profound expertise in a comparable technical B2B2C environment (e.g., building
• services or system technology products) and a strong understanding of technology,
• product development, costs, product management, and customer requirements
• Several years of experience in a senior management or leadership position
• Ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
• Strategic mindset, communication and problem-solving skills, strong decision-making
• and implementation skills, a hands-on mentality, and a high degree of self-motivation
