Job Title: Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)

Location: Berlin, Germany (Hybrid Working)

Salary: Up to €150k

A growing SaaS company based in Berlin is looking for a Chief Marketing Officer to join their team. They are looking for someone to lead their marketing strategy and drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and business growth. You will be responsible for shaping and executing the company's marketing strategy and will lead a talented team, collaborate with senior leadership, and optimise digital marketing channels to support their business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement an integrated marketing strategy to support company goals, drive demand, and enhance brand visibility.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team, promoting creativity and data-driven decision-making.
• Digital Marketing: Manage SEO, SEM, content, social media, and paid media to maximise ROI.
• Analytics: Use customer data and market insights to optimise campaigns and improve customer engagement.
• Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with sales, product, and leadership teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives.
• Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget to ensure efficient resource allocation.

Qualifications:

• 8 years of experience in marketing, with 3 years in a senior executive role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Expertise in digital marketing and analytics tools.
• Excellent communication skills and a strategic mindset.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
