Information Technology Administrator

Job Role: IT Administrator (OS-level focus)

Salary: Up to €52k

Location: Munich – On-Site Working

We are looking to hire an IT Network Specialist to join one of Germany’s leading VR Development Studios. You’ll be responsible for managing and maintaining our internal IT infrastructure, with a strong focus on Windows OS administration, PowerShell scripting, and local network optimisation. You will handle device troubleshooting and repairs, offer Level 3 support, ensure system security and privacy, and support the integration of new R&D products. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges and building efficient, reliable systems.

Skills you should hold (with over 4 years' experience):

• C1 Level English and German language skills
• Strong experience with Windows 10 & 11 and PowerShell
• Solid understanding of local network setups and Wi-Fi streaming optimisation
• Proven track record in diagnosing and solving hardware/software issues
• Experience developing and maintaining internal IT tools
• Customer-oriented mindset with Level 3 support capabilities
• Willingness to travel occasionally for installations/support
• Confident, communicative, and well-organised with excellent time management
