Procurement Manager

About the Role

We're working with a Fast Growing Pharmaceutical Company who are looking for a experienced Strategic Procurement Specialist to join their team. You'll manage sourcing, supplier relationships, and cost optimization for key categories, with a focus on quality, compliance, and efficiency. Experience in a pharmaceutical or regulated industry is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for goods and services
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance
• Work with internal teams (e.g., Quality, R&D, Operations) to ensure compliant and efficient procurement
• Monitor market trends and manage risks in the supply chain
• Ensure compliance with GMP/GxP and internal policies

Requirements

• 5 years of procurement experience, ideally in pharma or a regulated industry
• Strong negotiation and supplier management skills
• Knowledge of GMP/GxP and regulatory standards
• Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems
• Fluent in English; German is a plus
