Quality Control Technician

Title: QC Lab Analyst

Location: Bensheim, Hessen, Germany.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee release testing for raw materials, finished products, and in-process controls.
• Conduct chemical and physical analyses, including HPLC.
• Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) while considering customer requirements, international regulations, and safety standards.
• Manage sample processing from receipt to final evaluation and maintain analytical equipment.
• Develop, review, and update work instructions.
• Assist with laboratory audits.
• Share expertise with colleagues through training and onboarding sessions.

Requirements:

• Completed vocational training as a technical or chemical-technical assistant (m/f/d), chemical laboratory assistant (m/f/d), or a Bachelor's degree with initial practical experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of analytical methods, including instrument qualification and calibration.
• Experience in validating analytical methods.
• Familiarity with good documentation practices (GMP, ALCOA).
• A reliable and independent team player with a meticulous and structured approach to work.
• German language skills (minimum B2) for accurate documentation and effective team communication.
