International Expansion Manager (all genders)

We are a medium-sized telecommunications company preparing to expand into new international markets. Our goal is to establish structures in each country to ensure and scale sales through our website and a partner network. Additionally, we place great importance on excellent support in the respective local language.

As an International Expansion Manager, you will work with management to implement expansion strategies, build and scale sales structures and develop a partner network in new markets. You will also ensure the delivery of high-quality customer support in local languages and coordinate with teams and freelancers in different countries on a daily basis. You will also be responsible for implementing consistent KPIs and sales processes across all markets.

Your responsibilities:

• Close collaboration with the management to implement the expansion strategy
• Building and scaling sales structures in new markets
• Developing and maintaining a partner network in target markets in cooperation with local staff and freelancers
• Prepare the market launch in additional countries
• Ensuring high-quality customer support in the respective local language
• Daily communication and coordination with teams and freelancers in various countries
• Monitoring and analyzing market development and success control
• Identifying and implementing optimization potentials
• Define and implement consistent sales processes and KPIs across all Easybell market

Your profile:

• Degree in Business Administration, International Management or a comparable qualification
• At least 2-3 years of experience in international sales or business development
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Intercultural competence and willingness to travel
• Fluent in English, additional language skills are an advantage (especially French or Spanish)
• Proactive and solution-oriented working style
