About the Role:

As a Clinical Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's innovative healthcare solutions. Your responsibilities will include:

• Account Management: Manage and nurture existing key accounts, ensuring long-term relationships and customer satisfaction.
• Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the organisation's market presence.
• Clinical Support: Provide in-depth knowledge and support in the Operating Room, assisting surgeons during procedures to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Collaboration: Work closely with healthcare professionals to maintain the highest standards of patient care and clinical excellence.
• Revenue Growth: Leverage your expertise to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and exceed revenue goals.

What We Are Looking For:

You will possess:

• Clinical Experience: Strong experience within the Operating Room, with a Nursing background highly desirable.
• Technical Skills: Ability to assist surgeons in the OR, providing expert support during procedures.
• Sales Motivation: A strong desire to transition into a sales role and drive business growth.
• Language Proficiency: Fluency in German is essential for effective communication with clients and stakeholders.
