An Outstanding opportunity has arisen for a Senior Quality Manager with an Automotve and Electronics background. Based Bavaria, Germany and liaising with the Global team based in Asia and the US.

My client is a Global Leader in engineered materials & electronics solutions, recognised for their innovation excellence.

The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker who will proactively improve the quality systems of the company through internal audits, participation in process improvement programs, and interaction with key customer and interaction with the factory plants to drive Quality standards and improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop improved production, supplier quality, and customer-service standards
• Identify potential risks before they become a problem, focusing on root cause analysis and preventive action
• Focus on controlling cost and quality supply of raw materials
• Perform internal and external quality audits and compile detailed reports of findings
• Build a strong relationships internally with Global team through mentoring and communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in the Automotive and Electronics or Semiconductor
• 5 to 10 year years' relevant work experience
• Ability to run criotical processes.
• Focus on Quality across an enterprise and customers
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent command of English and German
