As they expand their operations, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for technical, product, and leadership roles within their startup clients.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for early-stage and scaling startups. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, hiring managers, and stakeholders to craft effective hiring strategies, ensuring startups can scale their teams efficiently. Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment for startups and scaleups, focusing on technical, product, and leadership roles.
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source and engage top-tier talent through innovative search methods, networking, and recruitment platforms.
• Manage the candidate pipeline, conducting interviews, and ensuring alignment with client needs and culture.
• Provide an outstanding candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
• Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and hiring processes.
• Represent our client and their startup partners at industry events, meetups, and networking sessions.
• Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally working with startups, scaleups, or consulting firms.
• Proven ability to source and hire top talent in a competitive market, particularly in the tech industry.
• Strong understanding of startup hiring dynamics, including scaling teams quickly and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with founders and leadership teams.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
• Right to work in Germany (relocation assistance not available).
