Our client is a fast-growing consulting firm specializing in talent acquisition for startups and scaleups. They work with high-growth companies across industries like AI, fintech, SaaS, and deep tech, helping them build world-class teams. As they expand their operations, they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment efforts for technical, product, and leadership roles within their startup clients.

Role Overview

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will play a critical role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for early-stage and scaling startups. You’ll collaborate closely with founders, hiring managers, and stakeholders to craft effective hiring strategies, ensuring startups can scale their teams efficiently. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, shaping hiring processes and helping innovative companies build the teams that will drive their success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for startups and scaleups, focusing on technical, product, and leadership roles.
  • Partner with founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs and craft tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Source and engage top-tier talent through innovative search methods, networking, and recruitment platforms.
  • Manage the candidate pipeline, conducting interviews, and ensuring alignment with client needs and culture.
  • Provide an outstanding candidate experience with clear communication and timely feedback.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to optimize recruitment strategies and hiring processes.
  • Represent our client and their startup partners at industry events, meetups, and networking sessions.
  • Support diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives in hiring practices.

Requirements

  • 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally working with startups, scaleups, or consulting firms.
  • Proven ability to source and hire top talent in a competitive market, particularly in the tech industry.
  • Strong understanding of startup hiring dynamics, including scaling teams quickly and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with experience working closely with founders and leadership teams.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus.
  • Right to work in Germany (relocation assistance not available).
