Position: Construction Manager – Waste-to-Energy Plant

Overview:

Join an innovative team in building a cutting-edge Waste-to-Energy Power Plant! As Construction Manager, you'll lead a dynamic project, driving it from concept to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and environmental impact are top priorities.

Responsibilities:

• Lead construction activities, ensuring the project runs smoothly and on time.
• Collaborate with a talented team of engineers, contractors, and vendors.
• Champion safety and sustainability, meeting all regulatory and environmental standards.
• Manage the budget, risks, and progress, ensuring a successful handover.
• Oversee the exciting commissioning phase, transforming the plant into a fully operational facility.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale industrial projects (energy/waste preferred).
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and project management skills.
• Proficient in construction software (e.g., Procore, Primavera).

Desired:

• Familiarity with Waste-to-Energy systems.
• Fluency in German (written and spoken) a plus.
