The QAQC Manager for the construction of flats is responsible for overseeing the quality management system on construction projects, ensuring that all activities meet the required quality standards and comply with regulations. The role involves coordinating inspections, conducting audits, reviewing contractor work, and resolving quality issues to ensure the timely completion of flats with optimal quality.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in an engineering, quality control or a related field
Proven experience 10 years in construction and quality assurance
German speaking
proficient in quality management software
Quality standards (ISO, Six Sigma, etc)
Desirable:
Masters in an engineering or quality assurance/control field is preferred.
B2 skill in German.
Well versed in ISO 9001.
Skills:
Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and construction standards.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of construction processes, including materials, testing, and inspection.
Key responsibilities:
Develop and implement robust quality control policies and procedures
Lead and manage a smaller quality control team, providing guidance and experience to ensure compliance with industry standards
Conduct regular audits and inspections to monitor quality issues and implement corrective actions
Analyse on-site data and prepare comprehensive document report for management
Stay up-to-date with industry regulations and best practices, ensuring compliance with local and international standards.
