Head of Information Technology

Are you passionate about joining as a Head of IT & Field Services?

They looking for someone to join on a fixed term contract in Frankfurt to be the bridge between the business and IT teams in their D365 transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Strategic IT Partnership – Serve as the Business Relationship Manager (BRM), collaborating with functional leaders to develop IT roadmaps and drive technology strategies across Field Services, Customer Care, and Operations.

• IT Support & Coordination – Act as the primary IT contact, managing service requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and facilitating communication between business units, IT teams, and external vendors.

• Technology Transformation & Implementation – Lead key IT initiatives, including ERP upgrades, the transition from Salesforce to D365, and system integrations with Google Cloud to enhance operational efficiency.

• Stakeholder & Issue Management – Work closely with IT project managers and business leaders to address escalations, align IT solutions with business goals, and ensure smooth project execution.

What you bring

• Expertise in project management within Microsoft Field Services, Oracle Field Services, or IFS.

Understand and oversee field service operations, especially related to facility management

• Strong business relationship management across multiple functions.

• Deep knowledge of ERP transformations, especially D365.

• Strategic thinker with excellent stakeholder engagement.

• Skilled in overseeing complex IT programs with business alignment.
