Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify key opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects, meeting scope, quality, and cost targets.
• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to global stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the program team.

Key Qualifications:

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Experience using AI or ML to automate tech processes
• Proven experience as a Program Manager or in a similar leadership role, managing complex, large-scale projects.
• Strong background in regulated industries such as finance, automotive, or other highly regulated sectors is highly advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process automation, process optimization, and innovation.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and resources.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a focus on delivering results in a global, multicultural environment.
