Role Overview
As the responsible person for Internal IT, you will manage and maintain our IT environment end-to-end. You’ll ensure the smooth operation of our cloud-based tools, support colleagues with technical issues, and drive the setup and continuous improvement of internal IT structures and ISO 27001-compliant processes. Your role is essential to keeping our infrastructure secure, our employees productive, and our business running efficiently.
Beyond technical contributions, you will also play a key role in mentoring junior colleagues, sharing best practices, and fostering a collaborative culture within the team. Your contributions will help ensure the continuous growth and development of our organization while keeping pace with the evolving AI and cloud landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Administration and support our internal Cloud IT environment with a focus on Google Workspace.
- Manage incident, problem, and change processes to ensure smooth IT operations.
- Provide user and device support for both Windows and macOS.
- Maintain hardware documentation and track internal devices.
- Support ongoing IT and automation projects within our internal tooling landscape.
- Deliver technical onboarding sessions and trainings for new hires.
- Contribute to process improvements and documentation of internal workflows.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of ISO 27001-compliant IT processes and documentation.
Requirements & Qualifications
Must-Have Skills:
- Completed vocational training (e.g., Fachinformatiker*in Systemintegration), IT degree, or comparable hands-on experience.
- 1–3 years of experience in IT administration, user support, and device management.
- Experience with Google Workspace administration (Gmail, Drive, Admin Console).
- Familiarity with endpoint management.
- Experience working in ISO 27001-compliant environments and understanding of IT security controls.
- Strong communication and troubleshooting skills.
- Full proficiency in English.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- German language skills.
- Experience working with Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) and Hubspot tools.
