Responsibilities:

Consulting, planning, implementation, and development of IT infrastructure projects.
Administering Microsoft or Linux environments.
Installing, developing, and supporting customer environments.
Providing remote and on-site support to customers.
Supporting the sales team in the pre-sales phase.
Conceptualizing and setting up cloud projects.
Configuring hardware and software systems.

Key Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in IT administration/infrastructure.
Skills:

Strong knowledge of IT administration and infrastructure.
Proficiency in Exchange SQL, Microsoft Azure/365.
Server administration experience.
Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.

Languages:

German: Minimum B2 level.
English: Minimum C1 level.

Education:

IT-related degree or equivalent qualification preferred, but not mandatory.
"Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration" apprenticeship is a plus.
