A well renowned boutique European investment bank is seeking an Office Manager for their beautiful and centrally located Frankfurt office in the Bankenviertel.
This role will be for a period of 12-18 months, and requires an Office Manager ideally coming from a financial services or professional services background, who is fluent in German, advanced level English and if you also speak French this is a plus!
The role is to handle all office management matters, for example office supplies, supplier management, facilities, invoicing, managing conference rooms, as well as working with the Head of HR to assist with administration. You will also assist the Senior Leadership team with some organisational tasks. You will also assist with the office move of their Munich office later in the year and spend some time in Munich.
This role is to start in June 2025, and requires you to be able to be in the office 5 days per week.
On offer is a package of 70,000-80,000€ depending on experience.
