Marketing Manager

Hays is looking for a Marketing Manager for one of its clients based in Luxembourg

• 6 months contract (open for freelance) to start as soon as possible or after 1 month notice period (with the option to get a permanent contract at the end)
• 3 remote days per week for Luxemburgish resident according to our client policy
• Role based in Kirchberg
• Annual gross salary between 80 000€ and 90 000€
• Fluent English is mandatory for this role

You will support the marketing lead in developing and executing strategies to strengthen the company brand in the market and promote the company’s portfolio of products and services.

This role includes managing content creation, product positioning, campaign strategy execution, event coordination, and analysing market trends.

The Marketing Manager will also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product and Operations to ensure alignment and support for business growth initiatives

Key accountabilities :

1. Development marketing materials

Utilize your expertise to develop and enhance brand assets, including sales collateral, website and social media content, ensuring alignment with company guidelines, making a significant impact on their market presence

2. Campaign execution

Drive the success of high-visibility campaigns by supporting the execution of marketing and customer co-marketing plans for both existing and new products, driving product visibility and market success

3. Trade marketing and sales event support

Lead and coordinate impactful trade marketing activities, enhancing your event management skills

4. Stakeholder collaboration

Strengthen your collaboration skills by working with diverse internal and external stakeholders to achieve cross-functional alignment on goals and ensure successful execution of marketing initiatives

5. Thought Leadership contribution

Establish yourself as a thought leader by contributing to industry-leading whitepapers and studies

6. Continuous improvement

Drive continuous improvement initiatives by assessing, measuring, and refining marketing plans, strategies, and best practices to ensure continuous improvement and alignment with evolving business goals

Your profile :

• A master’s degree in marketing or related discipline
• 3 years’ experience, preferably in B2B marketing
• Experience in creating engaging content for targeted audiences

• Customer-centric approach: You can easily understand customer needs and behaviours to design targeted marketing materials to improve awareness and engagement
• Creative content development: You have a large expertise in crafting and executing compelling narratives and innovative campaigns for digital and social media channels
• Stakeholder management & communication: You demonstrate expertise in building and sustaining strong relationships across diverse teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and driving successful outcomes through clear, effective communication.
