The Company:

A prominent global developer/IPP in the renewable energy industry, our client is actively advancing a strong pipeline of Onshore Wind projects. They are assembling a dynamic team of passionate professionals committed to making a meaningful impact on the energy transition. Following substantial success in international markets, they are now seeking to hire a Senior Project Developer to support and drive the company’s continued growth.

The Role:

As a Senior Project Developer, you’ll take a leading role in both the full project development lifecycle and business development efforts across a substantial wind energy pipeline. This is a broad, dynamic position that requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and guiding your team in identifying and prioritizing new project opportunities.
• Driving the expansion of a diverse pipeline of wind energy projects.
• Managing both commercial and technical negotiations with key stakeholders.
• Ensuring timely delivery of progress reports aligned with schedules, budgets, and milestones.
• Collaborating with senior leadership to shape and support long-term strategic planning.
• Acting as a company representative at community and public events.

The ideal candidate will bring:

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in renewable energy project development. Candidates with backgrounds in real estate, agriculture, or similar sectors will also be considered.
• A strong network and the ability to identify and bring in new project opportunities.
• Confidence in acting as the primary point of contact for both internal teams and external clients during project execution.
• Fluency in German (C1 level or above).
• Residency in Northern Germany
