The Role

• Supervision of technical operation and maintenance Activities
• Technical lead on performance analysis of the plants
• Take the lead on technical aspects of retrofitting & repowering acquired portfolios.
• Provide technical due diligence support for refurbishing activities and related projects including monitoring construction where required.
• Support the contract drafting process.
• Provide a technical contribution during claim management (Manufacturer Warranties, Insurance etc.)
• Monitor and validate technical solutions

The Person

The successful candidate will likely have:

• Renewable energy asset management experience
• Knowledge of German permitting procedures.
• Knowledge of contracts with EPCs, O&Ms etc.
• Ability to communicate professionally in German & English, both verbally and written.
• Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems as/when they occur.
• Be self-motivated with a can-do attitude.
