Your Tasks
You provide organizational support for temporary assignments abroad.
You will apply for certificates and visas such as A1 or E2, register and deregister with insurance providers and prepare supporting documents, e.g. letters of invitation.
You will support the HR Global Mobility officers in day-to-day operations.
You will research country-specific information.
You will work on projects and prepare internal information for our knowledge database and help to adapt our internal team processes.
The tasks in our Global Mobility team are varied - we are sure that we can put together an interesting package for you in consultation with you.
Necessary Skills
Ongoing Bachelor's or Master's studies in business administration, social sciences, business law, business administration, psychology, law or similar, ideally with a focus on personnel / human resources
First practical experience in human resources - ideally in an international context
Confident handling of MS Office (especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Fluent written and spoken German and English skills (at least C1 level)
Desired Skills
Furthermore, you should not be afraid of dealing with employment or other contracts. You should also be interested in learning the basics of residence and labor law as well as social security and tax law in an international context.
Remuneration is based on our collective wage and salary agreement. The current hourly wage for this position is EUR 17.52.
