Senior Scientist

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly qualified Senior Scientist to advance our personal care ingredients division. This role involves leading research and product development efforts to create innovative solutions that meet industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the formulation and development of advanced personal care products.

- Conduct comprehensive research on ingredient efficacy, safety, and stability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, marketing, and regulatory affairs to ensure product alignment with market needs.

- Monitor and analyze industry trends, regulatory updates, and competitor activities.

- Prepare and present detailed reports and findings to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

- PhD in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, or a related discipline.

- A minimum of 5 years of experience in the personal care ingredients industry

- Strong analytical skills and expertise in laboratory techniques relevant to personal care ingredients.

- Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and effectively.

- Proven track record of successful project management and interdisciplinary collaboration.
