Sales Manager (m/f/d) e-Mobility
Your main tasks:
creating and maintaining a trustful customer relationship
preparing and managing customer quotations for new business
coordinating of all change requests
conducting trouble shootings initiatives with pre-series deliveries with customer senior manager level
conducting of product/project presentations and customer negotiations
monitoring customer satisfaction and related KPI´s
liaison with different stakeholder (internal) to solve customer requests
promoting our technologies and product for new business opportunities
participating and supporting strategic sales objective setting process
managing and negotiating customer claims and LGE requests towards the customer
overseeing overall project status for the customer to identify risk for nominations
ensuring legal framework for projects are set
monitoring of sales performance / forecast / moving plan
updating of management customer information
Your profile:
Academic degree in Business Management and/ or Engineering
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Sales within the e-Mobility Industry, preferable with European Major OEMs
Good knowledge of RFIs, RFQs, Project and CR Management
Strong communication and problem solving skills
Good understanding of manufacturing and quality processes
Good technical understanding and strong negotiation skills
Advanced financial calculation skills
Fluent German and English language skills (Spoken and Written)
