Working Student Growth & Marketing (m/f/d)

Are you creative, digitally savvy, and eager to actively contribute to the growth of a startup? As a Working Student in Growth & Content Creation, you will support our team in content creation, content management and optimization. You will work closely with our Head of Growth and gain direct insights into the strategic development of our company.

Your Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Editing: Creating and editing blog posts, landing pages, social media posts, whitepapers, and newsletters.
• Content Management: Maintaining and further developing the content of our website (e.g., with Wix).
• Social Media Management: Conceptualizing and implementing content strategies for LinkedIn, Instagram & TikTok.
• SEO & Performance Marketing: Optimizing content for search engines and supporting paid advertising campaigns.
• Marketing Automation & Analytics: Assisting with the implementation and optimization of automation using HubSpot, Zapier, and other tools.
• Contributing to Growth Strategies: Working closely with the Head of Growth and the founders to test and implement innovative ideas.

What You Bring

• Enrolled student in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Media, Communications, Business, Design, or Computer Science).
• Initial experience in content creation, web design, or online marketing. Ideally, experience in podcast and video editing.
• Affinity for design and user experience (UX/UI).
• Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Suite, and Wixx.
• Knowledge of social media marketing (LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram) is a plus.
• Motivation and initiative
• Excellent German and English skills (at least C1 level).
