The Ideal Candidate
You’re a confident communicator who knows how to connect with senior decision-makers at large manufacturing companies. You’re organized, goal-driven, and comfortable using tools like CRM and LinkedIn to identify and engage leads. You understand how to ask the right questions and spot opportunities where our SaaS solution can add value.
Responsibilities
Prospect and reach out to decision-makers at large manufacturing companies
Build and nurture relationships to generate qualified leads
Book meetings for the sales team with high-potential accounts
Keep CRM data clean and up to date
Work closely with marketing and sales to improve outreach and targeting
Hit weekly and monthly goals for outreach and meetings booked
Required Qualifications
Ambitious, goal-oriented, and driven to succeed
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales or lead generation targets
3 years of experience in B2B enterprise sales, SaaS, or selling into manufacturing and related industries or exceptional track record
Additional Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification
Good command of English, German, or French; additional languages are a plus
2–3 years of experience in a business environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Ability to use financial data to support decision-making
