Investment Associate

We are recruiting for Venture Capital firm at the forefront of food and green technology innovation. The firm backs bold founders who are rethinking the way we produce, consume, and sustain our planet through scalable, science-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Lead deal sourcing, evaluation, and execution of early-stage investments in food and green tech sectors.
• Drive market research, financial analysis, and due diligence processes.
• Prepare investment committee materials and support decision-making.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with founders, co-investors, and industry experts.
• Collaborate with portfolio companies to accelerate growth and impact.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, Sustainability, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in venture capital, growth equity, investment banking, or a relevant startup environment.
• Strong analytical, modeling, and project management skills.
• Passion for sustainable innovation and deep curiosity about food and climate tech.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Fluency in English is required; German is a plus.
