Mergers and Acquisitions Associate

We're currently searching for an M&A Associate for a well known Elite Boutique Investment Bank.

Key responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting in-depth financial analyses
• Crafting compelling pitch decks and presentations
• Developing models using Excel or similar software
• Support in executing deals

To be considered for this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
• At least 3 years of experience in M&A
• Exceptional analytical and modelling abilities (DCF, LBO, Operating model)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
• Capacity to thrive under pressure while efficiently meeting deadlines
• Native or full professional proficiency in German language
