Your mission

As a Retail Master Trainer For Multiple Brands, You Deliver High-quality Training Experiences That Drive Knowledge, Engagement, And Brand Impact Across Retail And Partner Teams

• Deliver advanced in-person, virtual, and e-learning trainings tailored to different audiences, learning levels, and markets
• Act as lead trainer for key events, product launches, and strategic partner sessions
• Develop and refine training content with your team, adapting complex technical topics into clear, practical use cases
• Represent multiple brands authentically, ensuring engaging, brand-aligned trainings
• Foster an interactive learning environment that encourages participation and retention
• Collect feedback, measure impact, and continuously optimize training formats and materials
  
  

Your profile

You are a motivated, communicative individual with a passion for technology and training. Your experience allows you to convey complex topics in a clear manner and engage your audience effectively.

• Proven experience in conducting training, ideally in consumer electronics or telecommunications
• At least 3 years of experience in training creation
• Good understanding and hands-on experience with MS Office, with a particular focus on PowerPoint
• Proficiency in using multimedia tools and virtual training platforms
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, engaging, and accessible content with real life examples
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and training sessions
• Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous learning and innovation
• Fluency in English is required (additional languages are a plus)
• Ability to travel up to 15% for in-person training and strategic engagements
