ESG Onboarding Team - Intern / Working Student (m/f/x)

As a working student or intern, you will be an integral part of our onboarding team and in direct contact with clients from various industries, ranging from SMEs to DAX-listed companies. You will assist them in implementing and using our software solution to comply with the CSRD directive and to calculate the Corporate Carbon Footprint (CCF). You will contribute to the continuous improvement of our onboarding process and work closely with our Customer Success team to build strong relationships with our clients.

Your Responsibilities

• Conducting the onboarding of selected new and existing clients, with a focus on CSRD and CCF solutions
• Independently conducting training for the Double Materiality Analysis and CSRD reporting, as well as for calculating the Corporate Carbon Footprint
• Assisting in the creation of enablement materials and conducting webinars
• Actively participating in the continuous improvement of the onboarding process
• Collaborating with the Customer Success team to strengthen relationships with existing users
  
  

Your Experience

• Ideally, previous experience in the ESG field, especially with CSRD (Corporate Social Responsibility Directive) and CCF (Corporate Carbon Footprint)
• Initial relevant practical experience, e.g., in consulting, customer success, or solution engineering
• Excellent communication skills
• Enthusiasm for actively contributing to a growing software scale-up
• Language requirements: English and/or German, at least C1 level. We are also looking for native French speakers
• We work quickly, agilely, and in teams – therefore, it's important that you are at our locations (Munich or Madrid) on a weekly basis
