Talent Acquisition Specialist (M/F/D)

We are seeking a dynamic recruiter to join our team on a 1-year contract. If you have a passion for talent acquisition and want to make a significant impact, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end to end recruitment (Sourcing to Induction)
• Identify, source and screen candidates.
• Source candidates using resume databases, Job Boards, Social media, networking, and head hunting.
• Conduct telephone interviews to per-screen candidates, scheduling interviews and assisting with travel arrangements for candidates.
• Update and maintain applicant tracking database in recruiting automation tool
• Work with other recruiters and hiring managers from QuEST office locations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2-6 years of experience in full cycle of recruiting engineering professionals.
• Must have a positive attitude that quickly adapts to process changes and improvement suggestions.
• Proficiency in German language (min B2 is preferred)
• Strong understanding of current and emerging technology positions and trends, with the capacity to keep pace with changes within technology profession.
• Proven ability to build and implement successful, creative approaches to talent acquisition, with knowledge of the latest innovative recruiting resources and techniques
• Must have experience and comfort cold calling candidates at all levels
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
