Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative business and product strategies to enhance the firm's market position.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, marketing, and operations, to develop and launch new products.
  • Prepare detailed business plans, financial models, and feasibility studies to support product development initiatives.
  • Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
  • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build a robust network.

Role Requirements

  • Proven experience in business and product development within the real estate or infrastructure sectors.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated project management abilities, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
