Role Responsibilities
Develop and implement innovative business and product strategies to enhance the firm's market position.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends in the real estate and infrastructure sectors.
Collaborate with internal teams, including investment, marketing, and operations, to develop and launch new products.
Prepare detailed business plans, financial models, and feasibility studies to support product development initiatives.
Manage the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry experts.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of existing products, making recommendations for improvements and enhancements.
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance visibility and build a robust network.
Role Requirements
Proven experience in business and product development within the real estate or infrastructure sectors.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to conduct comprehensive market research and financial analysis.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly and persuasively.
Demonstrated project management abilities, with experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
High level of integrity, professionalism, and commitment to ethical standards.
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events.
Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
