Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Project Lead (m/f/d) for a major fit-out project for one of our global clients in Munich:

• Leading the internal project team (ca. 6 people), coaching and mentoring them and giving them the needed guidance. Distributing workflows within the internal team, monitoring the progress and quality of deliverables. Ensuring high standards of delivery and internal probability of the project.
• Acting as main point of contact to the client, providing key technical advice as needed.
• Owning the stakeholder management within the client organization.
• Acting as main point of contact to the Design team, suppliers and contractors.
• Establishing and implementing the overall success criteria for the project, including time, cost, technical and performance parameters
• Setting up and implementing effective project governance, processes and systems throughout project
• Monitoring and applying performance management techniques
• Managing the change control process
• Preparing formal project progress and other reports
• Managing the flow of project information between the team and the client, through regular meetings and written communications.
• Proactively driving the program
  
  

Qualifikationen

• A construction/property related academic qualification / degree
• Professionally qualified in one of the following fields: construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture
• 10 years of working experiences in project management; experience in a Consultancy preferred
• Proven track record of delivering large office fit-out projects
• Strong knowledge of the Munich Market and supply chain
• Ability to work with international and diverse teams and manage an international client
• Strong communication skills, hand-on mentality as well as leadership skills
• Fluent in English, German language level min. B2
• Available in Munich
