The Neurological Institute (Edinger Institute) at University Hospital Frankfurt is recruiting a student assistant to work in an exciting and interdisciplinary environment and directly contribute to our current research projects.

Your Role

• Development of interactive visualization and reporting tools for collaborative research projects (R Shiny, Quatro)
• Research data management and documentation of analysis workflows
• Software maintenance
• User and server administration for research groups at the insitute
• ist Ihr Profil gefragt
• Enrolled student of medicine, biology, computer science or a comparable field Hands-on experience in programming (R or Python) and different operating systems (Linux, MacOS, Windows)
• Student in bioinformatics, computer science, biophysics or similar
• Capacity to work independently and as part of bigger teams
• Fluency in the English language, German language proficiency is a plus
• Due to legal regulations, valid proof of measles immunity / measles vaccination is required
