We are seeking a visionary leader to spearhead innovation and technical advancement within our engineering division, focusing on the development and refinement of advanced electrical transmission solutions.
Primary Duties:
Direct and inspire a multidisciplinary innovation team dedicated to creating next-generation power transmission components and enhancing existing product lines.
Take ownership of the complete innovation cycle—ideation through to commercial readiness—ensuring deliverables align with both client expectations and internal benchmarks.
Work closely with departments across the organization—such as commercial operations, execution teams, manufacturing, and compliance—to facilitate smooth product launches and integration.
Maintain an expert-level understanding of emerging technologies, market developments, compliance guidelines, and safety codes to drive forward-thinking design.
Design and execute a forward-looking R&D roadmap that complements corporate growth plans.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Holds a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or related engineering disciplines (advanced degree preferred).
Demonstrated success leading innovation in the field of high-voltage systems, especially in the area of cable accessory engineering.
Prior leadership experience within global or cross-border R&D environments.
Deep familiarity with technical codes, safety standards, and operational protocols relevant to high-voltage infrastructure.
Desirable Experience:
Proficiency in project planning platforms and structured project management frameworks.
Hands-on knowledge of simulation platforms and digital modeling tools.
Understanding of production workflows specific to electrical infrastructure components.
Comfortable operating within a high-energy setting and managing evolving priorities with ease
