We are looking for an experienced and dynamic
Chief of Staff to join our team at Valsoft.

As the Chief of Staff, you will work directly with the CEO, and leadership team, including former consultants from top level firms, senior executives, and other business leaders. You will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, ensuring seamless execution, and improving operational efficiency within a key portfolio company based in Munich, Germany.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead strategic and operational projects to align business objectives with actionable plans.
- Analyze large data sets to identify trends, opportunities, and insights that drive decision-making.
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure business performance and ensure accountability.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with teams to gather input and ensure alignment across departments.
- Prepare business cases and recommendations based on data analysis to inform leadership decisions.
- Translate high-level vision into actionable plans and outcomes.
- Identify and address operational gaps and revenue leakages through proactive solutions.
- Represent senior leadership in meetings and communications when needed.

Requirements
Skills & Qualifications:
- Masters degree from a top university (Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance or other related fields)
- 2-3 years at a top-tier management consulting firm
- Fluent in German and English (written and Verbal)
- Willing to travel and be on site at the businesses 3 days a week
- Strong command with Excel, AI prompting
- Proven experience in managing strategic and operational projects.
- Strong data analysis skills and the ability to translate insights into action.
- Stakeholder manager; works well across departments and with senior leadership, also with those who do not have any management experience
- Trusted handles: handles confidential matters with maturity and professionalism
- Experience with KPI development and performance measurement.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with multiple departments.
- Experience in SaaS is a plus, and SaaS Metrics
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.
- Flexible and able to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with very senior stakeholders
