We are hiring at INPLAN for a Project Manager with Sales Responsibilities (m/f/d) in the Port Environment to join our team based in Mülheim an der Ruhr, Germany!
The successful candidate must be fluent in German, both written and verbal is essential!

What Your Day Will Look Like
Project Management: Leading and structuring customer projects, including project planning, communication, coordination, and control
Sales: Supporting the sales team and independently handling sales activities, especially for modules and change requests of existing customers
Customer Presentations: Conducting presentations, workshops, and user interviews
Team Leadership: Leading interdisciplinary project teams
Process Analysis: Analyzing and structuring the business processes of our customers, creating technical specifications and concepts
Product Development: Contributing your own ideas and concepts for product development
About You
Education: Degree or vocational training in IT project management, industrial engineering, computer science, mathematics, business administration, or equivalent qualifications
Experience: Professional experience in process analysis, design, and digitalization. Ideally, experience in project management
Skills: High degree of independence, strong focus on teamwork and customer service, flexibility, and passion for new topics
Abilities: Structured and goal-oriented work approach, enjoyment of different project aspects (business-related, organizational, analytical-conceptual, communicative)
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software tools and methods
Languages: Fluent in German (written and verbal), good command of English
Mobility: Driver's license and willingness to travel to customers domestically and internationally
Fluent in German, both written and verbal, is essential
At least a professional level of English
Legally authorized to work in Germany
