Main tasks:
- Development of new metal pastes, resistor pastes and insulating pastes for electronics applications
- Carrying out product adaptations on silver powders and PGM (platinum group metals) powders for the manufacture of electronic circuits
- Introducing new products into production until they are ready for series production
- Defining project plans with time frames, milestones and targets
- Selecting and testing new raw materials and processes
- Technical root cause analysis for complaints
- Adapting technical solutions to customer-specific requirements
- Identifying potential opportunities and challenges and presenting suitable solutions
- Monitoring and evaluating patents and market trends
- Working closely with customers and external institutes
Requirements:
- Master's degree in materials science, inorganic chemistry or a related technical field
- Several years of professional experience in the field of pastes for the electrical industry desirable
- Profound knowledge in chemical and physical analysis methods XRD, XRF, thermal analysis, heating microscopy and dilatometry
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills at all organizational levels
- Diligent protection of Vibrantz Technologies' intellectual property
- Proactive implementation of Vibrantz Technologies' safety protocols and corporate culture
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally on occasion
